I returned this weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my refund. The way they word the return/refund process makes it sound like it’ll be quick and straightforward, but that has not been my experience at all. Frustrating...

My order from iam8bit showed up and the main items were correct, so that was a relief. But one smaller item was missing, which was kind of annoying because I’d already waited for the package and then had to reach out to support?? They did get back to me, just not very quickly. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I feel like the packing or order checking could definitely be better. 3 stars feels fair

Every time I check, the item I want is sold out, and it’s getting really annoying. I’m also starting to wonder if there are extra fees or some kind of pricing catch hiding in the process, because the whole experience just feels a bit off

I’ve ordered from iam8bit a few times now, and I go back and forth on how I feel about the pricing. On one hand, some of the vinyl and gaming collectibles definitely feel expensive, especially once shipping gets added in. On the other hand, the quality has always been really solid, so I don’t usually end up regretting the purchase. I guess I’d say it’s both a bit overpriced and still kind of worth it, depending on what you’re buying. I’d give them 4 stars instead of 5 mostly because shipping can sting a little, but if it’s something I really want, I usually talk myself into it easily.

I placed the order thinking I’d be billed closer to when it actually shipped, but nope, the charge hit right away. Maybe I missed it somewhere, but the timing didn’t feel super clear on the site. And with preorders, that kind of thing matters, especially when you’re trying to budget around other stuff. It’s just a little frustrating because I was expecting one thing and then, surprise, money’s already gone.

I ordered from outside the US and wow, the shipping was painfully slow. Like, I get that international shipping can take time, but the tracking barely updated and the customs info was so confusing it felt useless. The item did arrive in good condition, so at least there’s that, but honestly? It was not worth the wait

I like the vibe here. It feels friendly. They talk with fans often too. That makes it feel more real.

I do like some of the releases on here, but the catalog feels a bit all over the place. There are a bunch of soundtracks I figured would be included that just aren’t, and then there’s a lot of really niche stuff that doesn’t really do much for me.

I grabbed one of the collector variants because the cover art just looked too good to skip. It arrived packed well, and the colors looks even nicer in person. The price were a little higher than I wanted, and shipping did take a bit, but as something to display, it’s basically what I was hoping for.

Grabbed a game soundtrack vinyl from iam8bit i’m happy with it. The record feels sturdy, no weird warping or anything, and the sleeve art looks super clean and sharp. Played it right out of the package and it sounded fine to me, no pops, no skips that I noticed. Wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the quality, yeah... it feels worth it

I had a smooth time using the site. It was easy enough to find my way around, and checkout didn’t take long at all. The product pages loaded fine for me too, which was nice. A few of the menus did feel a little crowded, though I’m guessing they might be trying to fit in a lot of options there. Overall, it was a simple and hassle-free experience.

I got in, waited my turn, and checkout was painless. Just my gut reaction, but I wish more sites ran drops like this

The stuff looks nice overall, and I did like the design. But the limited edition details weren’t very clear before buying, which made me feel like they were kind of hoping people wouldn’t look too closely until after checkout. Maybe that wasn’t the intention, but it came across that way. I just wish they had been more upfront about what made it limited before I placed the order

The record showed up in a thin mailer, and the corners were bent when it arrived. Uh, for the price, I expected it to be packed a bit more securely.
